Project Overview

Pacific Heating & Cooling, a trusted HVAC provider serving the Puget Sound region, approached us to help refine their brand and messaging for long-term growth. Through an extensive discovery process, we identified what truly sets them apart—their reliability, expertise, and genuine care for customers. From there, we developed a unified brand platform that captures the essence of their promise: “Pacific Provides Peace of Mind.” The project spanned strategy, design, and storytelling—from reimagining their logo and brand standards to creating a mascot, vehicle wraps, and video campaigns that brought the message to life.

Defining the Brand Platform

Our engagement began with deep research and stakeholder interviews aimed at uncovering the company’s defining traits and customer perceptions. The result was a new brand messaging framework built around clarity, trust, and warmth—qualities that reflect the people behind the service. The new motto, “Pacific Provides Peace of Mind,” became the emotional anchor for all communications, reinforcing the company’s commitment to reliability and customer care.

Evolving the Logo and Visual Identity

We refined the existing logo to create a more modern, approachable mark that balanced professional polish with regional character. Updated typography and a refreshed color palette communicate dependability and energy without sacrificing heritage. A comprehensive brand guide ensured consistency across every touchpoint—from uniforms and signage to print and digital channels.

Expanding the Brand Through Design

With the core identity in place, we extended the brand into a complete visual ecosystem. Our team designed vehicle wraps that turn every service van into a moving ambassador of the Pacific Heating & Cooling brand. We created social media templates that deliver engaging, on-brand content, and illustrated a custom mascot—a friendly, approachable character that embodies the company’s helpful personality while making technical services feel more human and accessible.

Bringing the Story to Life on Screen

The initiative culminated in the production of two broadcast-quality commercials that weave together all the new brand elements—logo, tagline, mascot, and messaging—into cohesive, story-driven campaigns. Each spot communicates the reliability and reassurance that customers have come to expect, strengthening Pacific Heating & Cooling’s emotional connection with its audience.
