Project Overview

When Octopus Events Group (OEG) came to us, their aim was clear: to build a unified identity and digital home for a growing umbrella of pop-culture events. We were tasked with creating a logo and website that would set the tone—and then to serve as their agency of record, handling all creative output for the events they produce.

Designing a Versatile Identity

We started with the logo, designing a mark that strikes a balance between bold comic-con aesthetics and versatile professionalism. From color palette to typography, the identity needed to work across merch, posters, stage signage, digital ads—every touchpoint where Octopus Events Group interacts with its audience.

A Hub for Pop-Culture Events

For Octopus Events Group’s website, we focused on telling their story, showcasing the events they produce, and highlighting the team behind them. The design speaks directly to the brand identity we created, with playful interactive touches—like octopus tentacles that emerge as users scroll—adding movement and personality to the experience.


A Cohesive Brand Ecosystem

Beyond the digital experience, we designed a suite of branded materials that reinforces Octopus’s identity across every touchpoint. This included business cards, merchandise, and a comprehensive brand guide to ensure visual consistency as the company grows. Each piece was crafted to feel bold yet refined—extending the spirit of the brand into the real world.
